深圳市福田区益田花园学校创办于2003年9月，是一所经政府主管部门批准，由博雅教育集团举办的新型国有民办学校。学校设有小学部、初中部，共有学生1000多名，其中港澳台及外籍学生100多名。

学校位于人流如织的福田口岸北面，绿意清新的皇岗公园南侧，建筑面积共7000多平方米。学校硬件按省一级学校标准设置，配有实验室、图书室、阅览室、电教室、微机室、美术室、演播室、舞蹈室等20多个功能教室，每间教室内都配有54寸的背投、静电黑板、计算机、实物投影仪等全套现代化的教学设备。

依托集团化办学的优势，学校高薪诚聘国内一流的管理人才和高素质的教师，逐渐形成了一支优秀稳定的团队。学校现有教师70多名，其中拥有硕士学位的2名，学士学位的35名，中高级职称的28名，专职外籍教师1名。

Titian Garden School was founded in 2003, it is a new private-state school , authorised by the government and conducted by Boya Educational Group . There is a primary and a juniour middle departments , the number of students is 1000 plus , including more than 100 students who come from Hongkong , Taiwan , Maccau and other countries .

The school campus is on 7000㎡ of  Futian estate , in the north of Futian Bank and south of beautiful Huanggang Park .

The technical facilities are according to the first-lever school’s standard . There are more than 20 functional rooms , including laboratory , library , reading room ,electricity classroom , computer room , art room , studio room , dancing room and so on . In each classroom , we set a series of modern teaching facilities, such as a TV-set , a static electricity board , a computer , a projecting apparatus and so on .

Depending the advantages of running a school , we select many first-class managerial talents and high quality teachers , we form gradually an excellent team . Now , the number of teaching staff is 70 plus,including 2 master holders, 35 bachelor degree-holders, and the number of teachers who have senior titles is 28, there is also a specialty foreign teacher .

We always insist on Dengxiaoping’s educational theory as guiding principle,and our school concept is that of creating the education fitting for students’ development . All the things are for children’s best development . Uniting characteristics of our school, we form a school path which is running school legally, managing school democratically , populating school by science and technology , setting up school by characteristics , and implementing gradually the school target of creating unique school , cultivating century excellence .

The board of Boya Educational Group proposes the slogan that we will found a good school which the common people can afford , we local our school using the standard of low charge and high quality . And the group give the fund for children in order to help for the outstanding students to finish their studies .
